New for 2024-2025 – ClassLink Launchpad and Resource Center

ClassLink LaunchPad is an online service that allows us to solve the problem of too many passwords. It is a one-click solution that gives students and staff access to digital resources and websites they need with just one password, access your ECTS shared network resources (ECTS Specific H/I/S Drives, OneDrive, Google Drive). You can access all of this at ECTS or anywhere in the world! ClassLink also has an app that works on Apple and Android devices and can be downloaded from the play store on those devices. Once downloaded you have all of this functionality on the mobile device like you would a normal computer.

ClassLink is tied to your ECTS network account. The same username and password used to login to the ECTS network will gain you access to ClassLink. (Please note that if you are outside of the building there will also be a MFA requirement as well). With all of these resources in one place, make sure to keep your ECTS password protected, do NOT share it with anyone, and change it immediately if you believe you have been compromised. (ClassLink also helps with password resets!)

Office365

Office 365 – Office 365 is available to all staff and students. Staff can login with <-your school user account->@ects.org. We are building Office 365 Classrooms. In the meantime we recommend you moving all things from your computers and networks places to OneDrive. We are working on routing email for students to their district provided email. It will remain preferred that email correspondence with students is limited, school work should be in their student H: drives, or Teams Assignments.

Google G-Suite

G-Suite – We are working on building G-Suite only for the use of Google Drive for students that have no other way to share their work on their school district provided systems with us. You should be able to login using <-your school user account->@ects.org. We understand this is a comfortable environment for many of your students in Google for Schools districts. Please do not build any educational process in the Google Apps without administrative review and approval.
